According to HashRate News, Mo Shaikh, the founder of Aptos Labs, along with three former colleagues, has established the cryptocurrency venture capital fund Maximum Frequency Ventures (MF Ventures) and announced that they have raised $50 million. The limited partners of the fund come from family offices in the United States, East Asia, and Southeast Asia, and the amount invested by the four co-founders has not been disclosed. MF Ventures has already invested a total of $5 million in six startups, emphasizing its search for projects for incubation and deep involvement in Asia. Reports indicate that cryptocurrency VC investments decreased by 55% in the second quarter compared to the first quarter, reaching $6.8 billion, while VC raised a total of $50 billion in the first half of the year. The market capitalization of Aptos's token is approximately $3 billion.
