Futures Copy Trading

From the top navigation bar, click [Trade] and select [Copy] to enter the copy trading page. Choose a trader you trust, click [Copy], enter the amount, and confirm to start copying automatically. You can also customize copy trading parameters via [More Settings].

The profit difference may result from factors like manual position closure by copiers, different contract costs, changes in the lead trader's margin, leverage mismatches, copy multiplier settings, slippage, or copying failure due to shared risk limits.

Using copy trading in Gate Futures is simple: select a futures trader you wish to follow, configure copy parameters (such as margin, leverage, stop-loss, etc.), and confirm to start copying. Once enabled, your futures positions will synchronize in real time with the trader's long and short operations.

You can identify a trader's trading style through their tags, and select a suitable lead trader by evaluating key performance metrics such as ROI, PnL, Sharpe Ratio, and other core trading indicators.

The minimum copy trading amount is set by the lead trader. Lead traders can set the minimum investment starting from 10 USDT. Some traders may choose higher thresholds, such as 50 USDT, 100 USDT, or 300 USDT.
