When we care too much about something, we often can't help but intervene; on the surface, it seems like sharing experience, but in reality, it stems from anxiety about the unknown.
We want to control, because control brings a temporary sense of security; however, the tighter we hold on, the more likely we are to fall into anxiety, and it also makes the other person lose space.
The boundary is like a balance scale in the heart, reminding us when to approach and when to retreat.
