The Suggestion Machine Gun.
Some of my best achievements have come from suggestions and the good advice of people who care about me.
While suggestions and advice are extremely important, I’ve also noticed them sometimes operate in a completely unproductive manner.
There are people who cannot stop themselves from spewing suggestion after suggestion. If they are team members or business owners who don’t achieve any results, but satisfy their need for achievement merely by giving continuously advice to everybody around them, it is actually counterproductive.

The prerequisite for attempting to succeed at anything is to accept responsibility for your failures and shortcomings.
When I see someone who ascribes blame to everything else and everybody else, it is clear to me that this person isn’t ready for success.
