Golden Finance reported that on April 7, VanEck’s Preferred Securities ex Financials ETF (PFXF) disclosed that it bought 1.27 million shares of Strategy’s perpetual preferred stock Stretch STRC, valued at $127 million. This is equivalent to 6% of its digital credit net assets.
