#美联储重启降息步伐 I've been in this circle for eight years, and I've seen more corpses than living people.

Most people die the same way—chasing the top, using leverage, dreaming of overnight riches. When they wake up, their account balance is followed by two decimal places, and margin call texts are more punctual than their alarm clocks.

I went the opposite way. I relied on "grinding," and outlasted a bunch of gamblers.

Three years ago, my account was down to 3,000U. While everyone around me was yelling to go all-in, I split the money into five parts and used each as a bullet, taking it slow. If it dropped 3%, I added another shot; if it went up 5%, I cashed out. Every day people laughed at me, saying my returns were worse than a savings product.

Three weeks later, my account jumped to 70,000U. It wasn't that I was so great; I just didn't go crazy. When others rushed in, I stepped back half a step. When others ran away, I picked up chips.

The market's harshest rule: those who survive are the ones who laugh last.

Later, I summed it up in three points—

First, don't put all your eggs in one basket. Diversifying positions is like breathing.
Second, don't gamble on direction; calculate the odds.
Third, if your mindset is steady, the money will come on its own.

Last week, someone who learned from me sent a screenshot in the middle of the night. His principal was down to 3,000U, and he was falling apart. I replied with just one sentence: "Stop thinking about breaking even. Treat every trade as a new one."

He did as I said. For the first three days, he tested the waters with small positions. On the seventh day, he messaged me at dawn: "Bro, my account is back to 6,200U."

At that moment, I knew he got it.

In the crypto space, the winners are never the ones who run the fastest. They're the ones who know how to slow down, keep their rhythm, and are still standing where others have fallen.

Damn, that really hit home. I'm exactly the person who got laughed at.

I agree that gamblers eventually get worn out, but I'm afraid that even after admitting it, I still can't change my greedy nature.

More than 20x returns in three years, simply because I didn’t follow the hype. When others went all-in, I split my positions; when others panicked, I picked up chips. Simple and straightforward, but effective.

Honestly, mindset determines everything. Those who shout about getting rich every day have already bowed out. I’ve been through liquidations myself, and now it’s just two words for me—survive.
