PANews reported on March 9, according to Gamespot, game development giant Epic Games was subject to a class action lawsuit for using deceptive sales tactics in the Fortnite store to manipulate and mislead players (especially minors), the lawsuit said that Epic Games created a “scarcity illusion” and used the fear of missing out (FOMO) to influence the night, and the lawsuit has been submitted to the San Francisco court in the United States.
