Nasdaq hires Tokenization Product Lead to advance digital asset strategic deployment

BlockBeats News, February 21 — Nasdaq has posted a job listing seeking a product manager to lead the entire process of tokenization products from concept to large-scale adoption. The role will be responsible for the tokenization product roadmap, end-to-end workflow design, and direct collaboration with institutional clients and partners.

Job requirements include 5-10 years of product management experience in fintech or capital markets, familiarity with digital assets and tokenization concepts, and the ability to work with legal and compliance departments in a regulated environment. The position is based in New York and adopts a hybrid work model.

This move marks Nasdaq’s continued efforts in the digital asset space, further solidifying its tokenization infrastructure after previously applying for tokenized stock listings and exploring blockchain settlement systems.

Wintermute: Energy is building in the crypto market, but the direction is unclear—there may be a sudden surge in trading activity.

Wintermute says the easing window for the situation is coming to an end. The cap on risk assets is lower than before, making it difficult for Bitcoin to stay above $700,000. If diplomatic progress goes smoothly and oil prices pull back, Bitcoin could rebound to $70,000–$74,000; if conditions deteriorate, it could fall to $60,000, or even to $50,000–$55,000. The extent of market volatility may exceed current pricing.
