Cook plans to hand over the foldable iPhone product line to successor John Ternus

Golden Finance reports that on April 27th, technology journalist Mark Gurman wrote that Apple’s successor CEO, John Ternus, will officially take office on September 1st, and will subsequently release the first foldable-screen iPhone. This arrangement aims to establish Ternus as the spokesperson for this product line. The device focuses on durability and micro-fold technology, with an expected price exceeding $2,000. In addition to the phone, Cook has also left about 10 new product development pipelines, including AI smart home, AR glasses, and touchscreen Mac, helping Apple enter an unprecedented product expansion cycle during his new term.
