Indonesia Plans Russian Oil Purchases as Early as April

Indonesia plans to start buying oil from Russia as early as April as the country produces 600,000 barrels a day and consumes 1.6 million barrels a day. Energy Minister Bahlil Lahadalia said Indonesia needs broader gas and energy cooperation. Indonesia needs about 300 million additional barrels each year to meet demand.
