SBF early on invested $200,000 in Cursor; if he doesn’t sell the equity, its current value is about $3 billion
SpaceX announced today that it has reached a cooperation intention with AI programming startup Cursor. The latter grants SpaceX the right to acquire it later this year for $60 billion, or to pay $10 billion to advance the partnership. It is reported that Cursor developer Anysphere completed a $400,000 Pre-Seed round of financing in April 2022, jointly invested by Alameda Research and Heroic Ventures. Among them, Alameda invested $200,000 in Anysphere in return for approximately 5% equity; this equity was sold at the original price during the liquidation of FTX’s bankruptcy. If it hadn’t been sold, it would now be worth approximately $3 billion. $XRP
