Just came across something interesting - Senator John Kennedy apparently made over $263K in stock gains last month according to Quiver Quantitative's tracking. His total net worth sits around $17M, which puts him at 63rd wealthiest in Congress. Pretty solid for a politician.

What caught my eye is his actual investment portfolio. Kennedy has about $6.8M in publicly traded assets that are being monitored. Looking at his trading history, he's made some moves - one of his bigger plays was dropping $15K into MTUM back in October 2018, and that stock has basically tripled since then, up 118.63%. Not bad timing on that one.

Beyond the stock portfolio, his fundraising numbers are decent too. Q1 2025 disclosure showed $948K raised, with $15.7M cash on hand by end of period. The guy's also been active on the legislative side with multiple bill proposals ranging from mental health access to education reform.

It's wild how much detail is available on politicians' financial moves these days. The Kennedy net worth tracking data is all public through STOCK Act filings, so anyone can basically follow along with what these guys are doing in the market. Makes you wonder how many politicians are quietly building wealth through smart stock picks while we're all just holding our bags.
