Recently, I’ve seen more people on the blockchain watching big transfers and unusual activity in exchanges’ hot and cold wallets—then shouting, “Smart money is here.” My first reaction isn’t whether to follow or not. It’s: if I were the one who did this, why would I be able to remember it clearly by the end of the year… Anyway, every time I rebalance positions / mine / claim an airdrop, I conveniently throw into the same folder the transaction history exported from the exchange, the on-chain tx hash, and the screenshots from the time (especially those involving cross-chain transfers and swapping coins back and forth). I name it like “date - what I did - approximately how much.” Not elegant, but it really saves me. There’s also a crude workaround: every week, set aside 10 minutes to write a note about “which pools I’m in,” otherwise the more profit I make, the more my reporting feels like solving a puzzle game. Greedy with words, but first keep the evidence in hand… what about you?
