I only take one note: When looking at DAO proposals, don't just focus on "who gets some incentives," also consider how voting power is concentrated, who can change parameters, whether the unlocking/staking unlock pressure anxiety can be used as an excuse to be calculated together—otherwise, you might think you're farming, but you're actually fertilizing someone else's garden.
