Wow, Konstantin Ignatov is just out of prison. The guy was the right-hand man of the OneCoin founder, the $4 billion scam, and was released in March after serving his time. Judge Ramos gave him 34 months, but since Konstantin Ignatov had already been in jail before, the case was closed.

What really pisses me off: After his sister disappeared in 2017, Konstantin Ignatov simply took over the operation and became the de facto boss of the entire scam system. The guy also lied in court, claiming he threw away his laptop in Las Vegas – of course, he got caught. He then testified against Mark Scott, another OneCoin lawyer, who received a 10-year sentence for laundering $400 million.

Ignatov now has to pay $118,000 and is under supervision for two years. Meanwhile, the founder Ruja Ignatova has been missing since 2017 – on the FBI’s Most Wanted list, and rumors suggest a drug lord might have killed her in 2018. Crazy how such a scam just runs its course and the main person responsible still hasn’t been found.
