🇻🇳 All Quỳ down:

The first Vietnamese person to become the richest billionaire in Southeast Asia
With a net worth of more than $24.5 billion, Phạm Nhật Vượng, Chairman of Vingroup, has surpassed Prajogo Pangestu, an Indonesian, to become the richest person in Southeast Asia.
According to Forbes’ real-time billionaire ranking, as of April 5, Phạm Nhật Vượng owns assets worth $24.5 billion, ranking 100th in the world by wealth. Thus, this billionaire has overtaken Prajogo Pangestu, an Indonesian, the founder of Barito Pacific, to become the richest person in Southeast Asia.
At the end of 2025, Phạm Nhật Vượng was only ranked second among the richest people in Southeast Asia, behind Prajogo Pangestu. However, after 3 months, the Indonesian billionaire’s wealth declined, from more than $44 billion to $18.6 billion as of April 5. The main reason is that Barito Pacific’s shares have fallen by around 60% since the beginning of the year.
