Hey, there’s one thing I can’t get out of my head after reading what SpaceX’s former head of talent said in a BBC documentary. Dolly Singer literally compared Elon Musk’s IQ to Einstein’s—and she wasn’t joking.
For those who don’t know, she worked directly with Musk and described SpaceX as a “marine corps engineering mission.” Like, it’s not just a normal job—it’s a double test of body and mind every single day. The team he builds is basically a special-operations force tasked with assignments that everyone thinks are impossible.
What grabs your attention most is how she explains this guy’s way of thinking. According to Singer, Musk’s brain processes information a thousand times faster than a regular person’s. It’s not an exaggeration—she really said that. The way he solves problems is completely different from what we see in normal engineers.
And here comes the controversial part: she said she believes Elon Musk’s IQ is higher than Einstein’s. Like, not only does he have above-average IQ, but also an ambition you’ve never seen before—the guy literally wants to be “the greatest engineer in human history.”
Think about what that means. In just a few decades, he’s taken electric cars, rockets, AI, and brain-machine interfaces to a completely different level. All because, in his mind, the word “impossible” simply doesn’t exist. Meanwhile, most of us are just here procrastinating.
The most interesting thing is that Singer also commented that working with Musk means learning to stay calm amid constant anxiety. If you feel comfortable, it means you’re not growing. It’s a completely different mindset from what we see out there.
All of this makes me think: what’s the secret? How does someone develop an Elon Musk IQ like that? Is it genetics, environment, or is it really that obsession with solving “impossible” problems that makes the difference? Maybe it’s a combination of everything.
Anyway, while we’re at it, we’re keeping up with the market’s moves. BTC is at 67.34K with +0.70% over the last 24h, ETH at 2.06K (+0.29%), and DOGE at 0.09 (+0.19%). The market keeps its own pace, while geniuses like Musk continue redefining what’s possible.
