I have been reviewing some of China's top crypto projects that are truly worth keeping an eye on right now. Honestly, there is quite a bit of potential in this space that many still haven't fully appreciated.
Let's start with NEO. This project is known as the "Ethereum of China" and has a very clear purpose: to build an intelligent digital economy through smart contracts and verifiable digital identity. It is currently trading around $2.62 with a positive movement of 2.05% in the last 24 hours. What's interesting is that it provides a solid environment for developing DApps, which remains relevant in the crypto ecosystem.
Next is Conflux, which is a high-speed Chinese blockchain network using the Tree-Graph mechanism. What sets it apart is that it is one of the few projects officially approved within China, focused on Web3, digital identity, and collaborations with governments. The current price of CFX is around $0.05, although it has dropped 4.53% today. Trading volume has been quite active.
VeChain is another important project that connects blockchain with real supply chains. It is used to track products from source to consumer, especially in industry, fashion, automotive, and food. VET is currently at $0.01 with a 2.16% increase in 24 hours. This real-world use case is what keeps it relevant in the crypto narrative.
Ontology deserves attention because it specifically focuses on digital identity and decentralized data management. It helps companies build secure identity verification systems. ONT has had an interesting movement recently, rising 21.17% in the last day, trading at $0.07. This kind of volatility suggests institutional activity.
Finally, QTUM combines the best of both worlds: Bitcoin's security with Ethereum's programmability. It provides a balanced environment for developing decentralized applications with good performance. QTUM is at $0.82 with a modest change of 0.34% in 24 hours.
What catches my attention is that these Chinese crypto projects represent different use cases, not just speculation. If you're looking to diversify in the Chinese cryptocurrency space, these five are definitely worth monitoring. Some are showing interesting movement in recent hours, so it's worth keeping them on the radar.
