A bear market is a time to learn and improve oneself. Recently, I read "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and here is a brief summary for mutual encouragement.


This book is a classic worth reading repeatedly.
Its power lies in helping you rebuild your way of thinking and life order from a deeper perspective.

Don’t just think about winning yourself, and avoid zero-sum games.
Many relationships and collaborations are built on the premise of mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
5️⃣ Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
Understand others first, then express yourself.
People who listen well are often more likely to build trust than those eager to persuade.
6️⃣ Synergize
It’s not about your solution or my solution,
but about finding a better third solution through communication and collision of ideas.
7️⃣ Sharpen the Saw
Continuously update and improve yourself to maintain long-term growth.
Your body, emotions, cognition, and mental state all require ongoing investment and iteration.
