Let me get this straight.

Countries around the world have paid upfront to the United States to arm themselves and also to supply weapons to Ukraine.
The United States is not delivering those weapons and, moreover, is confiscating the money already paid for weapons that will never be delivered.
There is no longer any trust in the United States.
