The official statement says that of the 80 million USR illegally minted during the attack on March 22, 2026, approximately 46 million (about 57% of the total) have been permanently removed from circulation through destruction and blacklisting. Therefore, the attacker-related addresses no longer hold any illegal minted assets that can be transferred or exchanged.
