The Bursa Metropolitan Municipality has opened cafes called Burfaş at certain points in the city, offering Turkish coffee for 50 TL, and cakes, tarlışar, etc., ranging from 100-200 TL. It turns out these prices are sellable. If the inspection mechanisms in the country were strengthened and favoritism towards businesses ended, even minimum wage earners would live comfortably, absolutely!
