# US, UK, and Canada Launch "Operation Atlantic" to Combat Crypto Fraud

The United States, United Kingdom, and Canada have officially launched a joint operation titled "Operation Atlantic" aimed at combating fraud in the crypto industry. This cross-border collaboration represents one of the largest steps in law enforcement efforts against digital asset-based crimes.

The operation involves various law enforcement agencies and regulators from the three countries, with a focus on identifying fraud networks, tracking illegal fund flows, and protecting victims of crypto crimes.

Through this cooperation, authorities aim to strengthen international coordination in addressing the rising cases of fraud that exploit blockchain technology and digital assets. Crypto crimes are often cross-border in nature, requiring a global approach to address them.

Beyond enforcement, Operation Atlantic is also expected to increase public awareness of crypto fraud risks, including fraudulent investment schemes and market manipulation targeting retail investors.

This step reflects the growing commitment of global regulators to create a safer and more transparent crypto ecosystem, as the digital asset industry continues to experience rapid growth.
