Everyone previously used $XYO to stake and receive $XL1 rewards through a mechanism that's been running for a while, but $XL1 has always just stayed obediently on XYO Layer One without many places to use it elsewhere.

Now that the XYO Layer One Bridge is live, things are completely different!

So what exactly changed this time?

Through the new bridge functionality, you can finally transfer the $XL1 you've accumulated from staking from XYO Layer One across chains—it now has a real exit and much more practical use cases. That feeling of being stuck before, finally gets some relief.
