Recently, I've seen quite a few people reporting account anomalies and wallet compromises.
Many people's first instinct is to suspect there's a problem with the tools,
but honestly, most of the time, the issue lies in usage habits.
In Web3, security has never been about a single point, but rather an entire chain:
👉 Browser environment
👉 Wallet plugin
👉 Local device
👉 Network / IP
If any one link in the chain is compromised, your assets are at risk of exposure.
But what's most easily overlooked is actually this layer:
👉 Network environment
Long-term shared IPs, flagged IPs, or even abnormal traffic paths,
are all "identifiable" in on-chain behavior.
In mild cases, it triggers risk controls,
in severe cases, you get targeted.
My personal habits are now quite simple:
✔️ Browser isolation
✔️ Wallet isolation
✔️ IP one account one environment (key point)
Recently, I've found a pretty convenient approach using this kind of tool for access isolation👇
No need to install a client, no complex configuration required,
essentially it's about——using a "clean entry point."
Many people treat it as an ordinary tool,
but in trading, it's more like:
👉 A buffer layer that helps reduce association risks
In this market, losing money is acceptable,
but getting targeted and wiped out due to environmental issues—that's just too big of a loss.
Any risks you can prevent in advance shouldn't be left to chance.
