BREAKING: US Gold Deal - Venezuela.
Venezuela's state-owned mining company, Minerven, signs a contract to sell approximately 650-1,000 kg of gold ( $100-150 million ) to international commodity trader Trafigura.
The gold is planned to be processed at a refinery supplying the United States market.
This agreement comes after Doug Burgum's visit to Venezuela, where discussions included potential cooperation in resources such as oil, minerals, and gold.
