The International Finance Corporation under the World Bank will invest $40 million in digital infrastructure Zetrix AI

ChainCatcher News: The World Bank Group announced that through its International Finance Corporation, it will invest $400 million in Zetrix AI, a digital infrastructure project. The new funds will support the development and promotion of blockchain-based new deep information collection (DPI) applications and artificial intelligence (AI) products, thereby enhancing digital inclusion, service access, and economic efficiency in Malaysia and the broader ASEAN region. Additionally, the initiative will explore cross-border practical applications of blockchain and AI in areas such as digital identity, customs clearance processes, large language models, and stablecoins.
