Gelonghui, February 24 — APOLLO Mobility (00860.HK) announced that on February 24, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Apollo Ningbo and a joint venture partner entered into a joint venture agreement to establish a new company.

According to the terms of the joint venture agreement, the registered capital of the joint venture will be RMB 100,000,000. Apollo Ningbo, Ningbo Xingtongda, and Hangzhou Fulei will each contribute RMB 50,000,000 (approximately HKD 56,000,000), RMB 45,000,000 (approximately HKD 50,400,000), and RMB 5,000,000 (approximately HKD 5,600,000), respectively, representing 50%, 45%, and 5% of the registered capital of the joint venture.
