Project Party Market Making Memorandum:

1️⃣ Invite three to five friends to start the project
2️⃣ Spend money to buy news, with resourceful investors releasing news
3️⃣ Organize events to attract retail investors (this step is crucial; if the coin isn't successfully issued, at least a wave of money can be taken)
4️⃣ Operate for one or two years to create the appearance of a decent user base
5️⃣ Coordinate with CEX to list spot trading and plan token allocation simultaneously
6️⃣ Successfully launch on CEX and begin market making
