“The staffing level of the Storm units of the Russian Vostok group’s formations and units is 86%; these are specifically assault troops,” he said.
According to Voloshin, there are units with a full complement of over 90% that are ready for active assault operations, as well as units with lower staffing levels.
“There are units that are more than 90% complete, but there are also units that took part in assaults and are now 33-35% complete. More than 85-90% are assault troops who are attacking our positions,” the spokesman said.

As reported by Ukrinform, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, said that the last year of the war was the first for the Russian army, during which its human losses in Ukraine exceeded the level of recruitment.
