Reliable Shares: Dismissal of Jing Naiquan from the position of independent director

Reliable Co., Ltd. announced on February 23rd that Mr. Jing Naiquan, an independent director, has lost his independence, failed to fulfill his duty of diligence and responsibility, and lacks the professional integrity expected of an independent director. Therefore, the company’s board of directors believes that Mr. Jing Naiquan is not suitable to continue serving as an independent director and proposes to remove him from his position. This matter has been approved by the company’s Nomination Committee and the Board of Directors, but still requires approval from the shareholders’ meeting.
