Don't fight the trend

Let's start with Bitcoin.
The 4-hour chart is very clear——
The previous high zone around 66,500-66,800 repeatedly faces resistance, and the bulls failed to hold above 66,578, which confirms that the pressure is effective.
Then a volume-spike bearish candle directly broke through the short-term moving averages, with a low of around 63,433.
Currently, the price is fluctuating around 64,800, which is essentially a weak correction after a decline.
From a structural perspective:
• MA7 has crossed below MA25
• Price is trading below MA25 and MA99
• The rebound volume is significantly weaker than the decline volume
This is not a strong retracement; it’s a typical bearish rhythm.
Above, the 65,100–65,600 zone is a former support turned resistance area, and also a dense moving average resistance zone.
As long as it doesn’t close above 66,000, the outlook remains bearish.
Trading strategy:
Short in the 65,100–65,600 resistance zone
Target 64,100
If broken, look at the previous support around 63,000
Breaking below 63,000 will further weaken the structure.

Now, Ethereum.
Ethereum faces obvious resistance around 1930–1940,
It retraced to 1836 and then rebounded, currently consolidating around 1860.
The rhythm is similarly weak compared to Bitcoin,
The 4-hour chart also shows it trading below the mid-term moving averages.
The rebound resistance zone is 1880–1900,
As long as it cannot hold above 1920, the bearish structure remains intact.
Strategy:
Short in the 1880–1900 zone
Target 1830
If broken, look at 1790
