Vitalik has sold a total of $21.74 million worth of ETH since February 2, approximately 65% of the total donation plan.
Deep Tide TechFlow News, February 24 — According to the on-chain data analysis platform Onchain Lens (@OnchainLens), Ethereum co-founder Vitalik has sold 3,765 ETH in the past 2.5 days, worth approximately $7.08 million. Since February 2, Vitalik has sold a total of 10,723 ETH, valued at $21.74 million, with an average sale price of $2,027.
Earlier reports suggest that this move may be related to a donation plan Vitalik announced publicly on January 30. In a tweet, he stated, “Will withdraw 16,384 ETH to support the development of open-source, fully verifiable hardware and software,” with the amount of tokens sold accounting for about 65% of the total donation plan.
