Greif declares quarterly dividend for Class A and B shares

Greif, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.56 per share on Class A Common Stock and $0.84 per share on Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable on April 1, 2026, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2026. This continues Greif’s 53-year dividend payment track record, despite a recent Q1 2025 earnings and revenue miss.
