Today is the eighth day of the Lunar New Year: the Eight Immortals Cross the Sea

Woken up this morning by the sound of fireworks outside. Since the ban on fireworks and firecrackers was lifted this year, every day has been filled with the surprise of explosions. There are all kinds of reasons—welcoming the God of Wealth, the God of Happiness, the Kitchen God. As a post-90s generation, I don’t understand any of these traditions at all. The older generation at home has their own reverence for various gods.
As the youngest in the family, I’m not interested in these at all. I believe only I can save myself, not rely on these rituals.
By a twist of fate, this is my ninth year in the industry. I’ve experienced 519, 312, the collapse of the world’s second-largest exchange FTX, the one-week zeroing out of top ten market cap coins, countless black swan events, and witnessed Bitcoin’s lowest point at $3,000 and its highest at $130,000. I’ve seen countless outrageous events you could never imagine in your lifetime.
But the only thing that makes me believe is that Bitcoin has been reaching new highs year after year, and more talent is pouring into the industry. Every time there’s a downturn, some people leave, but even more come in. Just like life, only by going through lows can there be a chance to soar. Enduring the torment of a bear market is what leads to the brilliance of a bull market.
Facing the current decline, I feel very calm inside. I’ve witnessed the industry getting better and better. We are currently in a period of pain, and the industry’s toxic elements are always cleared out during bear markets. I firmly believe that the future will be better. The old world order is collapsing, and Bitcoin, as the digital gold of the future, will definitely become better and better.
As it says in “Sword Come”: “Cultivation is about cultivating the mind. A swordsman’s sword is aimed at stability.”
In the great waves, only those who keep their sword will see the future’s shining light.
