Winter storm hits, over 40 million people on the US East Coast receive blizzard warnings

On the 22nd local time, a powerful winter storm is approaching the East Coast of the United States, with over 40 million people under blizzard warnings. Eleven states have issued blizzard alerts, and snow and strong winds are expected overnight, bringing extremely low visibility and severe weather conditions.
