Opinion Web Hong Kong Report: On February 23, the Yongyi Group’s Island Kennedy Town Seaside Project was officially named Hai Yu. Yongyi International Group Chairman and CEO Guo Xin stated that the project will be uploaded simultaneously with the sales brochure. Sales are expected to begin as early as March, with prices referencing nearby properties. Key date: June 1, 2026.

Yongyi International Group Project Sales and Marketing Director Gan Mingjin said that the first batch of units involves at least 50 units.

The project offers 125 units, primarily one-bedroom units, with standard units having a practical area ranging from 284 to 471 square feet. There are also 4 platform feature units and 1 rooftop feature unit, with practical areas ranging from 247 to 1063 square feet.
