Crown Global Group (00727.HK) Fully Accepted and Applied for the Rights Issue with 102.7% Valid Acceptance

Gelonghui, February 23 — Crown Global Group (00727.HK) announced that the board is pleased to declare that all conditions set out in the memorandum have been fulfilled, and the rights issue will become unconditional at 4:00 p.m. on February 13, 2026 (Friday). As of 4:00 p.m. on February 12, 2026 (Thursday) (the deadline for accepting the rights issue shares, paying the share consideration, and applying for additional rights issue shares and paying the share consideration):

(i) Ten (10) provisional allotment acceptances have been received under the provisional allotment notices, involving a total of 349,624,546 rights issue shares, which is approximately 36.7% of the maximum of 953,883,000 rights issue shares to be offered; and (ii) Nine (9) additional application forms for additional rights issue shares have been received, involving a total of 629,517,634 rights issue shares, which is approximately 66.0% of the maximum of 953,883,000 rights issue shares to be offered.

A total of 19 valid acceptances and applications for 979,142,180 rights issue shares have been received and accepted, representing approximately 102.7% of the maximum of 953,883,000 rights issue shares to be offered.

Based on the above results, the rights issue has been oversubscribed by 25,259,180 shares, which is approximately 2.7% of the maximum of 953,883,000 rights issue shares to be offered.
