Tomorrow marks the start of work. Want to learn how to find companies with more money and less hassle? The answer is to look for companies founded by second-generation wealthy individuals.

Find a dream job. Instead of working as a screw in a big factory, why not be an assistant to a second-generation entrepreneur gaining startup experience?
How to find them?
First, set your screening criteria to the trial phase.
Open a recruitment app, set the founding time to 1~3 years, and select company sizes of 0~20 and 20~99 employees. Companies in this range still have an undeveloped structure and few rules, making it easiest to get into the core circle.
Second, learn to look at the background rather than just funding.
Focus on unusual companies: those with no funding but registered capital of several million or even tens of millions. Check the shareholder structure—if it's held by individuals or connected to a family business, it's a typical playground for rich kids to practice. These companies aren’t short of money; they care more about face. Applying is a safe bet.
Third, social circles are the true test.
For these small companies, the boss usually recruits personally. Before the interview, check their social media. If their posts are full of luxury cars, golf, skiing resorts, or check-ins from all over the country, block them immediately. This indicates they’re not genuinely struggling with startups but just looking for a place to pass time.
Once inside such a company, you'll find the products may be subpar, and the profit model confusing, but that’s not important.
What matters is that the boss spends their family’s pocket money and doesn’t care. As long as you do your job well and provide emotional value, your salary can often far exceed market rates.
After all, for second-generation wealthy individuals, money problems are not real problems.
Have you learned enough?
