Chad closes all border crossings with Sudan

Recently, the security situation has escalated in the border areas between western Sudan and Chad. On the 21st, the Rapid Support Forces of Sudan issued a statement saying that they have “full control” of the border city of Tine, located in North Darfur State in western Sudan, bordering Chad. For security reasons, the Chadian government closed all four border crossings with Sudan on the 22nd, including Tine, Adré, Foulbéringa, and Umdurh border crossings. (CCTV News)
