The China Consumers Association released an analysis today (the 5th) of consumer complaints received by national consumer organizations in 2025. According to statistics on complaints received by national consumer organizations, in 2025, these organizations handled a total of 2,016,400 consumer complaints, an increase of 14.45% compared to the previous year. They resolved 1,065,400 cases, recovering 925 million yuan in economic losses for consumers. (CCTV News)
