According to TravelSky, during the first week of the Spring Festival travel rush, the number of travelers traveling between China and Japan within China decreased by approximately 54% compared to the same period last year. The actual number of flights operating between China and Japan also declined by about 49% compared to last year’s Spring Festival travel period. Routes such as Shanghai—Osaka, Shanghai—Nagoya, Shanghai—Tokyo, Beijing—Osaka, and Nanjing—Osaka experienced the largest year-over-year decreases in flight numbers. All flights on routes such as Beijing—Nagoya, Nantong—Osaka, and Beijing—Okinawa were canceled. (CCTV News)
