After CRS, the main method shifted to OTC withdrawals. The chance of Alipay account freezing is low, and bank risk control is even lower.
After receiving the payment, use a family member's Alipay to generate a collection code, and each payment below 2000 yuan can be withdrawn for free.
If you have 20,000 yuan, you can withdraw it for free in 10 transactions.
For larger amounts, it gets a bit complicated—20,000 yuan requires 100 payments. Of course, if you don't mind the hassle, making 10 payments a day for 10 days will do the trick.
