2026 is almost the New Year; everywhere is filled with the excitement and joy of the new year. Watching the little kids on the old street buy firecrackers to play with feels so cute, so funny, both inexperienced and love to have fun; until they are scolded by their parents to go home for dinner.

Back home, I accidentally charged this phone that I haven't used for half a year; opening the photo album, tears kept falling. This phone has not been opened since May 23rd, when my father fell ill and passed away. I miss him so much; I feel like a piece of my heart has been torn out, so painful.
In this world, as long as parents are here, home is here; otherwise, a house is just a house.
What’s most heartbreaking is that no one will respond to my saying “Dad” anymore.
So, when parents are around, spend a little more time with them, and argue a little less!
