1. The market has already started to fear. The CPI inflation data will be released tonight at 9:30 PM. Coupled with the possibility of another government shutdown, the crypto market and US stocks are falling in advance, with the Nasdaq dropping especially sharply. Will it fall further?
2. Actually, from the perspective of investment banks' expectations, tonight's CPI report is quite good, with a high probability of decreasing from 2.7% to 2.5%. Even if the CPI drops to 2.6% and doesn't meet expectations, it's still a decline. I think the likelihood of a bearish impact tonight is low; the chances of it being neutral or positive are higher.
3. Especially considering that the crypto market and US stocks already declined early this morning, I personally remain optimistic. As for specific strategies, as shown in the chart, we are long ETH at the 1900 support level, and long BTC near the 65,000 support. For safety, you can take profits now around 67,000, or take half profits and wait for the CPI release to see how things turn out.
