Everyone loves simple answers.


"Binance crashed the market" — convenient, understandable, you can close the tab.

But reality is duller and less pleasant.

On October 10, the market fell not because "something broke on the exchange," but because there was nothing left to break:
thin order books, overloaded leverage, liquidity shortages.

Any failure in such an environment —
is not the cause, but a match in a gasoline tank.

Therefore, the question is not whether Binance is to blame.
The question is why the market was ready to collapse from any little spark.

And, to be honest,
it looks exactly the same now.
