【ChainNews】DeFi execution engine Makina has had the latest developments in a security risk incident. MEV Builder has completed partial fund refunds according to the SEAL white hat security mechanism, returning a total of 920 ETH after deducting a 10% bounty. This amount comes from the previously received 1023 ETH. The entire incident involved approximately 1299 ETH being stolen, and currently 920 ETH has been returned to a secure multi-signature wallet (0xc22F…8AB9).
Recovery efforts are still ongoing. The team is working to recover the remaining funds and is actively seeking communication with the RocketPool validator address (0x573D…910E), which received about 276 ETH. This process reflects a new mechanism in the DeFi ecosystem for responding to security incidents—minimizing losses through white hat incentives and multi-party collaboration.

920 ETH has been recovered. It seems that white hat incentives do have some effect.
The remaining 276 at RocketPool will depend on luck. Convincing them back is the real challenge.

920 ETH has been recovered, but the remaining 376 still need to be searched and checked? RocketPool definitely needs to have a good talk.

920 ETH has been recovered, but I still need to chase after the remaining 276... This white hat incentive mechanism is indeed quite interesting, definitely better than losing everything.

920 ETH has come back, not bad... But what about the 276? When will RocketPool make a move?
