dydx's energy feels cursed rn ngl... those EMAs are basically a protection circle the bears refuse to break out of. RSI's dead silent like a failed summoning lmao

dydx looking rough ngl, seen this pattern before during the 2018 bear run. emas below price = miners dumping, classic behavior. if rsi breaks 30 we're probably looking at further capitulation tbh

dydx's technical outlook is indeed poor this time, but it is worth noting that according to governance proposal voting data, such short-term corrections are often accompanied by large investors accumulating chips—see the detailed analysis in the White Paper's Token Economics Chapter 3.2. The RSI remaining unchanged is even more interesting, indicating that the market is stuck in an incentive-incompatible deadlock.

On-chain data shows DYDX is still bottoming out, and being below the EMA is indeed a bit uncomfortable... If RSI doesn't pick up, the short-term rebound probability isn't high. Monitoring overnight.
