The landscape of the crypto world may be about to undergo a reshuffle.
Speaking of the meme coin phenomenon, Elon Musk’s joke best illustrates the point. He casually mentioned acquiring European Ryanair, and suggested that the CEO position should be filled by someone named Ryan. What happened next? It exploded on social media. Many people started editing images—some with someone named Ryan dressed as a pilot, and others who weren’t named Ryan still photoshopped themselves as pilots. The most outrageous part? Someone actually issued a meme coin called "Ryanair," which immediately surged tenfold.
What does this reflect? The market is changing.
Not long ago, the NYSE announced the submission of an application for 24/7 trading. What does this mean? There will be two parallel markets—one serving traditional stock markets, and another for stablecoin deposits and withdrawals, as well as tokenized securities. This is the key.
Once tokenized securities become mainstream, those VC coins and so-called value coins that rely on stories will have a tough time. Retail investors will shift their focus to assets with more substantial backing. In extreme cases, only leading assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum might remain resilient, and the entire market could split into two parts: one for top-tier crypto assets, and another for the huge new market of tokenized securities. The flow of mid-tier tokens will likely be diverted to traditional financial markets.
And those exchanges with real strength are already making moves. By partnering with brokers to obtain compliant channels, they can access more liquidity and position themselves for the next wave of growth. This is the long-term strategy.

Elon Musk's一句话 can pump the market. What does that say? Retail investors are still too inexperienced.
Tokenized securities are coming, middlemen are really going to be phased out.
VC tokens are probably going to see a large number of failures. If there's no story, no one will want them.
The NYSE's move is aggressive; traditional finance wants to directly take a bite out of the crypto cake.
Wait, can leading coins really remain unaffected? I feel like they also need to undergo a wash.

The part about meme coins increasing tenfold is truly amazing. Just one word from Musk and the community starts to celebrate wildly. This is the magic of Web3.
