Once again, macro news hit hard. Yesterday, tensions around tariffs in Europe and America intensified, and BTC decisively plunged. The entire market saw nearly 870 million in positions wiped out in one day, with all being long positions swept out. In the face of such systemic risk, no single contract or product has any room to dodge.

I specifically looked at the market chart. WAL has already broken below the nearly week-long consolidation range. This is not just a technical adjustment; it’s purely driven by risk-averse sentiment. The large funds’ long-short ratio in the futures market has started to decline, indicating that serious players are also shifting to a defensive stance.

What should I do? The sharp decline triggered by macro events usually comes quickly and fiercely, and the rebound is often swift and decisive. My strategy is very clear — I won’t cut losses and admit defeat in panic, but I’m also not foolish enough to try to catch the bottom. I’m waiting for two clear signals: one is that the hourly chart shows consecutive lower shadows at a certain price level, indicating someone is taking on positions; the other is that the overall liquidation volume on the network has eased, and the market’s panic indicator is no longer worsening every minute.

Simply put, at this moment of macro bearishness, technical analysis can’t help much for now. The most practical approach is to stay patient and wait for the market to show signs of stabilization. When that moment arrives, the opportunity will come.

8.7 billion liquidation, are the longs about to cry? --- Can't dare to buy the dip, and don't want to cut losses either, I understand this mindset. --- Waiting for the lower shadow? Brother, you're betting on the opponent's order book to take the buy. --- In the face of macro storms, technical analysis is indeed just for show, but waiting for stabilization signals also depends on the time cost. --- I appreciate your patience, I already sold early haha. --- Tariffs are like a time bomb, unpredictable and unavoidable. --- A decline in the contract long-short ratio indicates that smart money has already withdrawn. --- I actually think the bottom is just these two days, and I’m considering jumping in. --- Bro, this operation at least beats losing three times in a day. --- A reduction in liquidation volume is the real signal; everything else is just false.

87 million position liquidation, oh my, this move is really ruthless, the bulls are directly wiped out. The saying of buying the dip has become tiresome; let's see if anyone is actually buying. In the face of macro sell-offs, individual heroism is really useless; just wait for signals to lie flat. How fast will this rebound come? It feels like we have to wait a long time. That's right, patience is now more valuable than technical skills in this situation.

8.7 billion liquidation in one day, are the longs really washed out... This wave of macro impact is incredible --- Waiting for the lower shadow to bet on the appearance of the bag holder, I think this approach is a bit dangerous --- Things like tariff rumors, who can really predict them? Just lie flat and wait for signals --- Those who don't buy the dip end up living the longest, this is no lie --- What does WAL breaking below the consolidation zone mean? It just shows that everyone is really scared --- The panic indicator worsening every minute sounds uncomfortable, I've already fully liquidated and am lying flat --- Big funds are also shifting to defense? Then retail investors can forget it, just accept your fate everyone --- Patience is not about technical skills, it's about mentality and wallet --- Waiting for stabilization signals is fine, but I'm afraid a black swan will come again while you're waiting...
